Most handmade items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Personalized, custom, or larger orders may take 5–7 business days to prepare.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and delivery location.

After an order has shipped, standard carrier delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Country Charm Designs is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with it, please contact us at countrycharmdesignstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number and a photo of the item.
