At Country Charm Designs, LLC, we take pride in our handmade, small-batch products. Because each item is crafted with care, please read our return policy carefully.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at Countrycharmdesignstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
